Can EBO Mini Series work on carpets?

Yes, EBO Mini or EBO Mini Sport can work on carpets. It can cross obstacles up to 6mm in height, but if the carpet has a thick pile, it may have difficulty moving smoothly.

Can I control it while I’m in another country?

Yes. As long as your phone has a stable internet connection and the robot is connected to the internet, you can control it through the app. However, there may be some lag due to long-distance network connections. The farther away you control the robot from, the stronger and more stable the robot’s network connection needs to be.

Can EBO Mini Series patrol randomly?

Yes, EBO Mini or EBO Mini Sport supports a 3-minute random patrol mode designed for pet play. You can schedule patrols in the app, and during patrol mode, EBO Mini automatically moves around, activates the laser pointer for interactive play, and records videos automatically.
