To clear things up, we’ve put together this simple guide highlighting the key differences and exciting upgrades you’ll find in the EBO Air 2 Plus.

Upgraded Camera Quality

EBO Air 2 Plus companion robot comes equipped with a stunning 3K resolution camera, delivering crystal-clear, high-definition video. The EBO Air 2 robot offers a still-impressive 2K resolution, perfect for everyday home monitoring — but if you love capturing extra sharp images and videos of your pets and loved ones, the Plus model stands out.

Two-Way Video Communication

Stay truly connected, no matter where you are. EBO Air 2 Plus companion robot offers two-way video and audio, allowing you to see and talk to your family or pets in real time through the app. Even better — your face appears on the robot’s eyes, so your loved ones at home can see you too!

In contrast, with the EBO Air 2, family members at home can hear your voice but won’t be able to see you.

Smarter Patrol

EBO Air 2 Plus security robot features an advanced smart patrol function, letting you customize patrol routes with up to 10 saved paths for flexible and efficient monitoring—enhancing both convenience and security. In comparison, the EBO Air 2 security robot performs automatic 3-minute random patrols, but its routes cannot be customized.

AI Assistant

Want a robot you can actually chat with? EBO Air 2 Plus companion robot supports AI assistants like ChatGPT and other models, enabling you to interact, ask questions, and even get helpful info through the robot. This exciting feature is exclusive to the Plus model — the EBO Air 2 does not have AI chat functionality.

AI Tracking and Smart Recognition

EBO Air 2 Plus companion robot can automatically recognize people and pets, and even follow you around the room. It’s a fun and practical way to stay connected with loved ones and keep an eye on pets. EBO Air 2 robot doesn’t have this feature.

Improved Mobility

EBO Air 2 Plus security robot is built for better navigation, capable of climbing slopes up to 15° and overcoming obstacles up to 10mm high. The EBO Air 2 handles up to 4° slopes and 6mm obstacles — great for smooth floors, but the Plus model is better suited for more dynamic home layouts.

Eye Styles

EBO Air 2 Plus is equipped with a screen for its eyes, offering a more dynamic and customizable experience. Its eyes aren’t limited to simple expressions — you can switch between different styles, display images, or even show the time right on the screen. What’s even more fun is that the eyes can follow your movements, adding an extra layer of interaction that makes your robot feel alive and connected to you.

On the other hand, EBO Air 2 features LED lights for its eyes. While it may not have a full screen, it still lets you customize different expressions and display the time. However, it can’t show images, and its eyes aren’t motion-tracking like those of the EBO Air 2 Plus.
